Another Game Is Leaving Xbox Game Pass This Month, Making Six in Total

Sadly we'll have to say goodbye to another Xbox Game Pass title this month, after already receiving word of five Xbox Game Pass leavers last week. This time, it's the tropical zombie holiday experience Dead Island: Definitive Edition.

Yeah, this party is clearly over.Yeah, this party is clearly over.

According to our most recent records, Dead Island will shuffle off Game Pass on June 30th along with Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition, Shadow Complex Remastered, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Zombie Army Trilogy. Next Up Hero leaves even sooner, on the 27th.

Is it worth seeing Dead Island through for no additional cost before it disappears? The community here have given it a solid 3.8 out of 5, but you're not going to whip up a quick 1000G out of it — according to players, you're looking at a 50-60 hour completion, and one of the achievements has a handsome 5.18 ratio for surviving 15 waves with each playable character.

If you want to keep hold of Dead Island a little longer to see through this gargantuan task, it might be worth making that purchase now — it's currently on a dramatic discount. Check out all the Dead Island Definitive Edition prices for more information.
