GameStop Reveals Top 10 E3 Video Games Based on Pre-Orders

E3 is one of the biggest gaming shows of the year. It's here where developers, publishers, and even platform holders like Microsoft drum up hype for their upcoming titles, revealing news and trailers where they're seen by thousands of people. Retailer GameStop saw pre-orders increase by 63% during E3 week, especially on new titles that appeared during the show. As such, they've revealed the top ten most sought-after games that were revealed or shown at E3.

The list is entirely based on the number of pre-orders they've received for each game. You can see the top ten below:
  1. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
  2. Pokemon Sword/Shield
  3. Final Fantasy VII Remake
  4. Cyberpunk 2077
  5. Borderlands 3
  6. Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Switch)
  7. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
  8. Gears 5
  9. Super Mario Maker 2
  10. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled
