When World War Z was released last month, developer Saber Interactive provided a roadmap of what future content players could expect to see through until July. We've already had the new Tokyo mission and zombie type, but those eagerly awaiting the extreme difficulty level won't have long to wait now The difficulty will be arriving in an update next week.
The Six Skulls Update will introduce the aforementioned new Extreme difficulty level, as well as new "unique" rewards. However, the most exciting news is the "Big Update" that's due to arrive in August. This update will include the delayed weekly challenge mode with special challenge modifiers and new weapons, weapon variants, character skins, and character accessories that were all previously scheduled to release before the end of July.
The new content won't end there, though, as the developer promises more free content beyond August. More news on this should arrive soon.
