Following on from the news of which games are coming to Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC this month, here are the items which will be leaving.
CastleStorm is a jaunty medieval warfare game pitting knights against vikings. It has a story-driven solo campaign, as well as online multiplayer and co-op modes and of course, lots of castles.
Graveyard Keeper fits into its own specific niche, as it is described on the Microsoft Store as an entirely 'inaccurate medieval cemetery management sim'. Whilst Two Point Hospital has you building your healthcare empire, Graveyard Keeper will, as you can probably guess, have you building and managing a cemetery. It'll feature 'ethical dilemmas' and 'business alliances', 'mysterious dungeons' and terrified villagers, and to be honest, it looks like a whole lot of fun.
Joe Danger 2: The Movie is a platform game which has Joe Danger riding across a blockbuster movie set, and facing off against everything from dinosaurs to criminals to jetpacks.
Joe Danger: Special Mission will also be leaving soon, along with Joe Danger 2. Joe Danger tests his stuntman abilities to the limit in this game, and the Microsoft Store states that the player will 'leap school buses full of screaming kids and pools of ravenous sharks, as you attempt to wheelie your way into the record books'.
Monday Night Combat is a popular third-person shooter set in the future. This game can be played in Blitz mode, Crossfire mode and Career mode, allowing you to play solo or with teams of friends.
N+ is a Ninja-themed platformer, in which the player has unlimited lives and access to a custom editor, with which they can create their own levels.
Spelunky is another platformer, this time set underground. The levels are fully-destructible, so you can decide your tactics as you search for monsters and treasure.
Toy Soldiers has you taking charge of your (toy) soldiers upon your miniature battlefield, and driving them against the enemy and onward to victory. Alongside your soldiers, you'll have the command of artillery, tanks, and bi-planes.
Toy Soldiers: Cold War sees you returning to command of your troops with renewed aggression, as you decide the fate of the Cold War.
Don't forget, these games will be gone from Xbox Game Pass by August 14th, so if you haven't had a go at them yet, now's the time to do so!
