Help Twisted Pixel Test Ms Splosion Man

By Ashley Woodcock, 5 years ago
Twisted Pixel have revealed via their Dev Blog that they want to give gamers the chance to get their hands on the upcoming XBLA title, Ms. Splosion Man, early!

Very excited with the fact that "this type of testing doesn’t happen often in XBLA"; Twisted Pixel have set up an early public access test and will be reserving 10,000 places in which they expect to fill up very quickly. If you're interested in applying for one of the test spots, then please use this link and follow the instructions. The registration period will run from May 24th to June 12th.

Despite the fact that the registrations will still be being accepted up until June 12th, the fun for those already selected will begin on June 6th and ends on June 26th. For those lucky enough to be part of the sploding action, participants will be able to try out two multiplayer levels each week during the testing. Twisted Pixel have also asked that comments, bug reports and any constructive feeback regarding the test be sent to beta@twistedpixelgames.com.

Here's the Rules for the applicants:

Eligible applicants must…

•Be one of the 10,000 registrants chosen to participate.
•Own a retail Xbox 360 console with a hard drive.
•Have an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership.
•Have broadband Internet access at home.
•Be willing to play the early access with others in the program if they know them or not.
•Have time to play with numerous online gamers, and time to provide copious feedback.

Processing submissions may take some time, so please be patient. If you have any issues with Connect during the application process, email gbeta@microsoft.com.
Good luck to those who apply, the first wave of emails will hit selected applicant's inboxes on June 6th, 2011.
