We recently covered the lineup for August's Games with Gold. As of tomorrow, Forza Motorsport 6 will go live on Xbox Games with Gold, along with Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.

Players who purchase this and have access to Games with Gold can therefore access the entire scope of Forza 6 when it goes live on Games with Gold tomorrow.
