A couple of weeks ago, Ubisoft confirmed that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier
would be delayed
from its holiday 2011 window to early 2012. At that time, no reason was given, but it seemed pretty safe to assume it was due to the typical over-crowding which occurs during the holiday season.
Of course, it's not been confirmed, but the box art which just appeared on the Xbox Live Marketplace
for Future Soldier
might shed some light on another possible reason for the delay.
Go ahead and click that link. See that purple band at the top? "Better with Kinect Sensor", you say? Very interesting.
There's been no official word from Ubisoft as yet, but it appears that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier
may be among the first titles to integrate the Kinect along with standard gameplay.
So what do you all think? How would you like to see the Kinect implemented if that is, in fact, happening?
