Battlefield V Update Fixes Four Achievements and Adds Two New Maps By Sean Carey, 03 Sep 2019 CommentsA new update for Battlefield V has rolled out today that fixes four achievements that have been causing issues for some players. Two new maps have also been included in the update as well as some gameplay balances and other improvements. The four achievements that have now supposedly been fixed are:The Jack of All Trades achievement in Battlefield V worth 242 pointsEarn 100,000 score as an Assault, Medic, Support and ReconThe Elite achievement in Battlefield V worth 177 pointsEarn 500,000 score as a PlayerThe Globetrotter achievement in Battlefield V worth 153 pointsPlay a round of Conquest on each of the launch mapsThe Death from Above achievement in Battlefield V worth 464 pointsIn Multiplayer, destroy 5 manned stationary weapons with a AirplaneThe new maps titled Provence and Lofoten Islands are both described as small with the action being fast-paced. Provence is based in occupied France and features narrow cobblestoned streets and buildings. The map is catered towards more of a quicker, close-quarters playstyle, so think SMGs and shotguns. Lofoten Islands is slightly more open with long sightlines for snipers and minimal cover. The cover that is there can easily be blown away by explosives. The two new maps are only available for the game modes Squad Conquest and Team Deathmatch. Two new weapons are coming to Battlefield V too in Patch 4.4.
