Mojang Collaborates with Double Eleven for Minecraft Dungeons Development

By Sean Carey,
Double Eleven has announced that they are teaming up with Mojang for the console release of Minecraft Dungeons —a new standalone dungeon-crawling action-adventure game coming next year.

Double Eleven has previously worked on the console releases of Goat Simulator, Prison Architect and were also a co-development partner for Crackdown 3. Alongside Mojang, Double Eleven will be focusing on the console editions for Minecraft Dungeons. They will be responsible for content creation and developing the game's online and multiplayer system.
Mojang Executive Producer, David Nisshagen said in a press release, "We're thrilled to have found a partner that shares our passion for creating great games, and we’re looking forward to working closely with Double Eleven to bring Minecraft Dungeons to a wide range of platforms.

"We’re excited to watch our passion project continue to grow, and Double Eleven’s expertise and dedication will help us create a high-quality experience for our community.”

There is no solid release date for Minecraft Dungeons. All we know is that it's coming to Xbox One and Xbox Game Pass at some point during Spring 2020. Check out the link below where you can get two months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for just $2.
