Cuphead has Sold Five Million Copies

By Sean Carey,
Studio MDHR has announced via a tweet, that their infamously hard platformer, Cuphead, has officially sold five million copies since its release two years ago.

To celebrate the news, Studio MDHR said that the game will be 20% off all platforms and that they will be having "five days of fun" with giveaways planned. So it might be worth giving their Twitter a follow.

There is a Cuphead DLC on the way. The Delicious Last Course was pushed back to 2020, with Studio MDHR co-director Chad Moldenhauer explaining that the new adventure needs to meet the "meticulous level of care and quality" that fans expect. An animated Netflix series is also in the making. The Cuphead Show! will "Follow the misadventures of the impulsive Cuphead and his cautious but persuadable brother Mugman." Although, we don't have any information on a premiere date for that just yet.
