Doom Eternal Delayed Until Next Year

By Sean Carey, 10 days ago
Doom Eternal has been delayed until March 20, 2020 with developer id Software saying, "To make sure we're delivering the best experience — for Doom Eternal to live up to our standards of speed and polish — we've made the decision to extend our launch date by a few months."

Doom Eternal was initially supposed to release next month on November 22, but it looks like id Software wants to make sure the game is up to its high standards.

Some new information about the game has been released too, including details about Invasion Mode, which allows players to enter another players game as a playable demon — a free update coming shortly after launch. Doom 64 will also be a pre-order bonus on all platforms.
