Xbox Gameplay Chart, Week Ending 13 October 19

By Sean Carey,
A new week and a new Xbox Gameplay Chart from us here at TA. Thing's are looking a bit stale at the top with hardly anything changing in the top ten. Gears 5 drops a place to 9th, but that's about it. The biggest surprise is World War Z making a re-entry straight into 14th place which is most likely down to its inclusion in Xbox Game Pass this month. Despite Ghost Recon Breakpoint receiving middling reviews and backlash across the internet, the third-person shooter managed to gain a few places from last week and now sits in 19th. Mortal Kombat 11 has made a significant jump from 38th to 21st — Xbox Live Free Play Days probably helped with that over the weekend. Dishonored 2 has also snuck in at 40th, again likely down to the stealth title being included in Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC. Call of Duty: Black Ops II is still in the chart, and is making ground by moving up two places from 34th to 36th.

Here is the top 40 Xbox Gameplay Chart for the week ending 13 October 2019.

Looking ahead, this week, we have a couple of games that might sneak their way into the top 40. Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Editions come out on the 15th while Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville gets its full release on the 18th.

Although Fortnite is currently "down" and everyone is watching a black hole do diddly squat, it's more than likely everyone is going to jump back into Fortnite as soon as its up to check out the new map, so it's probably not going to move from the top spot.
