Operation Shifting Tides Coming to Rainbow Six Siege

By Sean Carey,
Ubisoft has teased the latest operation coming to Rainbow Six Siege via the game's Twitter account. Operation Shifting Tides is the final expansion as part of Siege's Year 4 roadmap.

With previous seasons in Year 4, we get two new Operators and a map rework. This season is no different. Operation Shifting Tides adds two new Operators, one from Kenya and the other from India. Theme Park will also be receiving a rework with the new update.

Rainbow Six Siege recently had its Halloween themed event with Doktor's Curse which added a new spooky "Hide and Seek" game mode where defenders had to survive against attackers in a haunted house.

In other Rainbow Six Siege news, Ubisoft recently entered a legal battle against a cheat providing website and its owners. The lawsuit claimed that the website MizuSoft was selling cheating software which widened the player's field of view and allowed players parts of the battlefield that could not usually be seen. Ubisoft said the tool was downloaded "thousands of times" with the website earning "thousands of dollars each month".

Although we don't have a firm date for Operation Shifting Tides, it's rumoured to come at some point in early December. We will keep you updated as soon as Ubisoft reveals more.
