Trover Saves the Universe Coming to Xbox One, Achievement List Revealed

We have just picked up the Trover Saves the Universe Achievement list, as Squanch Games announce that the former PlayStation and Steam exclusive is headed to Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in the next week.

There are 27 achievements worth a total of 1,000 Gamerscore, 17 of which are secret (to reveal the details of the secret achievements, please use this link).

Trover Saves the Universe comes from Justin Roiland and his video game company. If you recognise the name, it's likely from Rick and Morty – Roiland is the co-creator and the voice actor for Rick, Morty and a host of the surreal cartoon comedy's side characters. Although not set in the same fictional universe as Rick and Morty, Trover Saves the Universe bears a strong resemblance to the hit TV series, with Trover sounding suspiciously like Morty throughout the adventure.

Players won't inhabit Trover as a player-character as they attempt to rescue their stolen pups and save the universe in the process; instead the player controls a floating figure controlling Trover from a distance. Players say that it's a pretty lightweight experience with some easy platforming and combat – the real draw is Roiland's trademark humour with a seemingly endless amount of lines recorded for each character you interact with.

Trover Saves the Universe is coming to Xbox One on December 3rd.
