Xbox Live Free Play Days: DiRT Rally 2.0 is Free to Play Over the Weekend

By Sean Carey,
This weekend, players with Xbox Live Gold can get hands-on with the rally racing-sim DiRT Rally 2.0 for free, thanks to Free Play Days.

DiRT Rally 2.0 is one of Codemasters finest racing games and has received high praise for its realistic driving physics, sound and graphics. Players compete in timed stage events on both tarmac and off-road in various weather conditions. The game features iconic rally stages from the likes of Argentina, Poland and New Zealand while players also have the choice of over 50 different cars to pick from. DiRT Rally 2.0's weather system transforms the way the game is played. Weather not only affects visibility, but heavy rain can cause tracks to degrade with more cars passing over a stage, affecting grip levels.

DiRT Rally 2.0, is included in Xbox Game Pass, so chances are, some of you may have already played it. Looking at the game's achievement list, it's highly unlikely anyone is going to complete it over the weekend, but there are still a few easy achievements up for grabs.
