Potential New Batman Game Teased by WB Games Montreal

By Sean Carey,
WB Games Montreal has released a couple of different images across its social media pages, potentially teasing a new Batman title. Various images have been posted across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of what looks to be an emblem all with the same caption, "Cape sur la nuit / Capture the Knight."

Once the three images have been combined, they produce this emblem. At the moment, all we can do is speculate as to what this might mean. Previously, WB Games have posted cryptic tweets on Batman Day in September which were in a similar vein to this one. Many believed that the previous tweets were referencing The Court of Owls — an organised crime group that is commonly associated with Batman.

Up until those previous tweets in September, the WB Games Montreal Twitter account was dormant for about four years, with its last tweet announcing Batgirl: A Matter of Family DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight. WB Games developed Batman: Arkham Origins and the Batgirl DLC.

We have also noticed that the WB Games Montreal website has been taken down, and is currently undergoing a "makeover." Hopefully, we should hear more about a potential new Batman game soon. As soon as we do, we will let you know.

Batman: Arkham Knight was released back in 2015 and was the last entry into the Batman Arkham series.
