Xbox Insiders can be the first to preview Obsidian's Xbox exclusive, Grounded

By Sean Carey,
Obsidian announced Grounded at X019 last year, and since then, we haven't heard much on the game. Now the Grounded team is ready to share more at the upcoming PAX East where members of the dev team will be holding a panel hosted by Major Nelson.

In a news post over on the game's website, it says the panel will be showing footage of Grounded's "small but large world" and more details on how the survival gameplay and encountering insects will work. The post also hints that Xbox Insiders could be getting a look at the game before everyone else, "if you want to get an early peek at the world the team here at Obsidian is making with Grounded then you should absolutely look into the Xbox Insider program very soon. Just sayin'." At X019, Senior Programmer, Roby Atadero already confirmed that the Xbox exclusive would be launching first in the Xbox Insider programme before it comes to Game Preview in the Spring.

Grounded is a survival game that shrinks the player down to the size of an ant. Players will need to craft weapons and items to survive while they explore a world filled with dangerous insects. The game will be available in Xbox Game Pass.
