Crea-ture Studios tease Xbox One Session news and a more familiar control scheme

By Sean Carey,
Crea-ture studios, the team behind the skateboarding sim, Session has been teasing some imminent Xbox news over on its Twitter account. The game was due to launch into Xbox Game Preview back in October but was delayed until November/December. Unfortunately, Session still didn't make its way into the programme, with the studio not saying much on the matter, until now. It also looks like Session could be getting a more-familiar control scheme too.

Crea-ture teased that some Xbox One new would be coming on February 19 along with an update to the game that is playable over on Steam. New features are said to be coming with a "feature that’ll make your next visit to the Session universe a little more comfortable with some familiar controls." If you've had the chance to play Session, you've probably come across the game's steep learning curve in regards to its controls. Each analogue stick is used to control a separate foot — it can get a little confusing when trying to pull off a complex flip. The studio has confirmed that Session's original control scheme will be staying and that the new "more comfortable" scheme will be optional.

Whether Session will be coming to Game Preview on the 19th or we will be getting an update on when it will finally be playable on Xbox One, is yet to be determined. We should find out more in just a couple of days.
