By Sean Carey,
We have three games available to us for this week's Xbox Live Free Play Days. For those of you with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold subscriptions, you can download and play NASCAR Heat 4, Overwatch and Verdun for free this weekend. If you've never played any of these games and you're not worried about your completion percentage, you might be able to grab a couple of sneaky achievements here and there too.

NASCAR Heat 4

NASCAR Heat 4 was a Free Play Days title a few months ago, so if you played it back then, you could pick up from where you left off. You might be able to grab a couple of the game's early achievements, but don't go looking to complete the game's entire list — it's a long one. NASCAR Heat 4 has been relatively well-received here on TA and sits with a 3.44/5. It could be worth checking out if racing games are your thing.

Overwatch has had numerous free weekends in the past and is still going strong today. Of course, here on TA, it's famed for its continuing stream of discontinued achievements that Blizzard seems to add with each live event title update. Still, it's one of the best hero shooters around, and it's worth playing a couple of matches just to see what all the fuss is about. Completion time is a ridiculous 80-100 hours, but you could snag a few achievements here and there.

Verdun

Verdun

Description: Verdun is the first multiplayer FPS set in a realistic World War One setting. The merciless trench warfare offers a unique battlefield experience, immersing you and your squad into intense battles of attack and defence. The game takes place on the western front between 1914 and 1918, in one of the bloodiest conflicts in world history. Many historically accurate features are found in-game as well as four distinct game-modes; Frontlines, Attrition, Rifle Deathmatch and Squad Defense.
Size: 2.2GB
Verdun is another game you're not going to complete this weekend, but it's worth jumping into a round or two. The WW1 first-person shooter plays a lot slower when compared to other games in the genre, and this makes for a very different gameplay experience — most weapons in the game are single-shot rifles, so don't go into this one expecting another Call of Duty.

These titles should be available to download now, and you'll be able to play them up until Monday. Any progress you make in these titles will carry over to the full game if you decide to make a purchase. Usually, they're on sale for a pretty hefty discount too.
