E3 2011: Hitman: Absolution Trailer & Screenshots

By Rebecca Smith, 5 years ago
IO Interactive were so excited about showing players their new trailer for Hitman: Absolution at E3 that they gave everybody a week's notice about it. I have to admit, the developer's all-new Glacier 2.0 game engine makes for extremely impressive graphics.

IO are yet to reveal many details about the plot of the game, but the game's lead producer Hakan Arak had this to say:

We will come a bit closer to Hitman, agent 47 this time around. It's a lot more personal story, so you'll get to know him a bit closer. Hitman is a man of few words, and a lot of the play and story is played out with the NPCs, and you'll meet a whole lot of interesting people in there. Very serious ones, dangerous ones, but also the funny comedy thing, so it's always been about that.
We brought you two new screenshots last weekend, but now we can show you more that have been taken from the E3 preview.
