The Cyberpunk 2077 bundle contains the last limited edition Xbox One X console ever

The original release date for Cyberpunk 2077 was last Thursday, and Xbox took the opportunity to hint at a Cyberpunk-themed announcement by asking fans to "break the code" on a site related to the Arasaka Corp, one of the game's major factions. The leak of a Cyberpunk controller earlier in the day, plus the strange happenings on the Xbox site itself, had players guessing there might be an announcement of a Cyberpunk bundle on the way. Now, the Xbox team has officially revealed the Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 bundle, along with several other themed gaming accessories.


The announcement reveals that the Cyberpunk 2077 bundle, containing the limited edition Xbox One X console, controller, and a digital download of Cyberpunk 2077 — to be made available when the game releases on September 17th — becomes available to purchase in June this year. The console is made up of custom panels, laser etchings, and an LED light, and is marked with glow in the dark writing. It also contains a 1TB hard drive. This console will be the last limited edition Xbox One X to release, with only 45,000 units available. The announcement reads that the bundle will also include "other surprises", which will be revealed at a later date.

The controller included in the bundle is also available as an individual purchase at $74.99/£59.99 While the bundle isn't available until June, the controller can be bought separately on the Microsoft Store as of today. The controller is confirmed to be compatible with all of the Xbox One "family of devices", and includes a 3.5mm stereo headset jack, as well as Bluetooth. It features "a half natural and half cyber-enhancement design" inspired by Johnny Silverhand.

The Xbox team also announced a range of other Cyberpunk 2077-themed gaming accessories. There's the Arctis 1 Wireless for Xbox available in the Johnny Silverhand Edition, dubbed "the official headset of Cyberpunk 2077". It's available to pre-order from SteelSeries.com for $109.99, or to purchase when it releases in June. There's also a $49.99 Limited Edition Xbox Pro Charging Stand, designed to go with the controller, and which includes a stand, battery cover, rechargeable battery, and power cord. International pricing is yet to be announced.

The charging stand and controller are already available to purchase. The console and controller bundle, headset, and Seagate Game Drives will be available in June. Cyberpunk 2077 releases on the 17th September.
