First look at Assassin's Creed Valhalla coming to the Xbox Series X By Sean Carey, 07 May 2020 CommentsWe've been given our first look at "gameplay footage" for Assassin's Creed Valhalla coming to the Xbox Series X. The game's creative director, Ashraf Ismail, did promise that it would be only a small "taste" of what to expect from the next entry into the Assassin's Creed series. We already know from the game's official announcement that Assassin's Creed Valhalla is coming to both Xbox One and Xbox Series X during the Holiday period. It's an open-world title that features "advanced RPG mechanics". Players can choose between playing as a male and female protagonist and will be placed in charge of building a settlement and recruiting clan members. There will be multiple different weapons including dual-wield axes, sword, bows and of course the iconic hidden blade the series is known for. Players will also be able to take part in other activities such as fishing, hunting and drinking games. Ubisoft is also offering Smart Delivery with Valhalla, meaning you only need to purchase the game once. Assassin's Creed Valhalla launches this Holiday for both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
