E3 2011: Seven New WP7 Games

Windows Phone was left like a babe in the wilderness during Microsoft's keynote presentation at E3, overrun with Kinect titles and Disneyland.

Microsoft didn't completely forget about it's youngest child as they announced seven new WP7 games that will be released in the coming months.

To announce the games, Microsoft released a trailer, which will be accompanied by screenshots and gameplay videos:

Beards and Beaks
Produced and developed by Microsoft Game Studios, Beards and Beaks is an action-strategy title where gamers flick a Gnome army all over the screen to prevent the invasion of murderous crows.

Hasta la Muerte
From French studio Pohlm Studio, Hasta la Muerte puts you as an emissary of death, and your goal is to "free the souls of the living whose time has come."

Let's Golf 2
Gameloft (developers of Earthworm Jim 3D and Brain Challenge) bring their immensely popular iPhone game to WP7. Gamers will have eight golfers, 6 courses, various challenges, and a career mode.

Splinter Cell: Conviction
Just like Let's Golf 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction is being developed by Gameloft. The game expects to be a faithful addition to the Splinter Cell series.

Tentacles is a top-down platformer from the creators of Max & the Magic Marker, Press Play. Rife with humour and pizzaz, gamers will take their tentacle buddy through 40 levels.

Top Gun
Top Gun's story takes place right after the movie and also includes all the great movie features such as Top Gun Anthem by Steve Stevens.

Ska Studios' insanely famous I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MBIES 1N IT!!!1 makes its way to WP7 with new features. Gamers get the original game, Time Viking, and ENDL3SS Z0MB1ES. Accompanying the three modes is Mega Games Creator 2000, a feature where the game maps faces from the phone's photo library to enemies in the game.
