Harry Potter RPG Xbox Series X

According to Bloomberg, two people that are working on the Harry Potter project have confirmed that the game is in development, and it's being created by Avalanche Software — which is owned by Warner Bros. The game will launch "late next year" and is coming to "platforms including the upcoming PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X". The report also states that players will be able to "role-play as wizards and roam a vast, open-world re-creation of Hogwarts and its surrounding areas".

The report goes on to say that leaked footage of the game which began circulating back in 2018, was, in fact, real, although it was from a very early version of the RPG.

Warner Bros. had reportedly planned to showcase the game at this year's E3 alongside a teased new Batman game. Now, it's said that Warner Bros will unveil its new Batman game in August at a digital event called DC FanDome, with the Harry Potter RPG revealed at a later date. Warner Bros. is yet to make any official comment on the rumoured game.
