D3 Publisher and Nickelodeon announced today that they have partnered to release the first title in a series of Kinect video games based on Nickelodeon hit show, Victorious.

In Victorious: Time to Shine, gamers will get to create a Hollywood Arts show that will see them singing, dancing, directing, acting, playing air instruments, and staring in music videos for hit songs from the actual show. The game will also allow up to two players for cooperative and competitive play.

Bill Anker, D3P's Vice President of Business Development and Licensing, had the following to say about the partnership and upcoming game:
We are thrilled to partner with Nickelodeon to bring the highly successful Victorious television show to life. Victorious: Time to Shine and Victorious: Hollywood Arts Debut will make fans feel like members of the show and offer an exciting, interactive experience where they can actually become friends with the cast and explore the exclusive Hollywood Arts.
Shaan Kandawalla, Vice President of Digital Retail Games for Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group, also shared her thoughts on the upcoming game and partnership:
Building on the success of Victorious with kids, tweens and teens, this game gives fans a new way to connect with the music and characters from the show. D3P has created an innovative gaming experience that truly reflects the comedy, collaborative spirit and excitement of Victorious.
The game is currently underdevelopment by High Voltage Software, creators of America's Army: True Soldiers.
