The latest MCC development update over on Halo Waypoint lists a bunch of new features coming to the Halo: MCC later this year. This list includes crossplay between Xbox and PC, input-based matchmaking, server region select, a custom game browser, per game graphics and audio options, keyboard and mouse support for Xbox, PC fileshare, double keybinds for all games, viewmodel adjustments for all games, in-game FPS cap/adjustments and Steam account linking.

343 Industries hasn't given a date for when these features will be coming to Halo: MCC only that they'll arrive sometime in 2020. When crossplay is eventually released, it will come alongside input-based matchmaking and server region selection. The developer also said the custom game browser, per game graphics options and keyboard and mouse support for Xbox would also launch together. The blog post further states, "We are committed to bringing ODST Campaign & Halo 4 on PC, as well as ODST Firefight (with updated networking) to both Xbox and PC in 2020. "

In other Halo news, Halo Infinite's multiplayer will be free-to-play and will support 120FPS on Xbox Series X.
