Doom Eternal The Ancient Gods Part One DLC comes to Xbox One in October

By Sean Carey,
During Gamescom Opening Light Live, Bethesda dropped a new trailer and launch date for Doom Eternal's first single-player campaign expansion, The Ancient Gods Part One. The DLC launches on October 20th.

According to Bethesda, "saving humanity has upset the delicate balance of power in the heavens," now the Doom Slayer has to set things right. Players will take on new enemies from the armies of Hell in The Ancient Gods while travelling to new unseen realms found in the Doom universe. The new trailer shows off more of that great fast-paced Doom gunplay, gory execution kills and some rather colossal demons.

Doom Eternal – The Ancient Gods, Part One launches on October 20th this year.
