Project xCloud Preview coming to Australia, Brazil, Mexico, and Japan next week

By Sean Carey,
Microsoft has announced that Xbox Cloud Gaming is coming to four more regions via the Project xCloud Preview program next week. As of November 18th, gamers in Australia, Brazil, Japan, and Mexico will be able to test the streaming service on their Android devices.

Players in those countries will be able to play through and provide feedback on a limited number of free games, including Minecraft Dungeons, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Forza Horizon 4, Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, Yakuza 0, and more before Cloud Gaming with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate rolls out in those regions next year.

Microsoft says the Project xCloud Preview is invite-only, so you'll need to head over to the Project xCloud sign-up page to register your interest. Invites will be sent out to select gamers over the coming days and weeks. You'll also need to download the Xbox Game Streaming (Preview) app on an Android phone or tablet through the Google Play store. Much like everything xCloud, iOS devices are still not supported.

The Project xCloud Preview program comes to Australia, Brazil, Japan, and Mexico on November 18th.
