Assassin's Creed Valhalla's Ostara Festival will run for an extra week

Ubisoft has extended the Ostara festival, which will run for an extra week to ensure Assassin's Creed Valhalla players can "fully participate."

It does seem a bit of an odd choice to extend the Ostara festival for another week, as most players have likely already tried out all of its activities and unlocked all the Ostara cosmetics they were after. Ubisoft did recently have to deactivate settlement decorations, meaning you couldn't complete the Ostara decoration quests, but the update that fixed that issue arrived over a week ago. If you were hoping to get a few more Ostara cosmetics or to play a few more festival games, however, you've got an extra week to do so — the Ostara festival will now end on April 15th.

Coming up next for Assassin's Creed Valhalla is the first major expansion, Wrath of the Druids. This takes place in Ireland, where Eivor has to investigate a druid cult known as the Children of Danu, infiltrate ring forts, and interfere in Dublin's trading system. Meanwhile, Ubisoft's list of known issues includes several quest-related bugs which are set to be fixed in a future update. We'll keep an eye out and let you know when this update arrives. In the meantime, you've got that extra week to participate in the Ostara festival.
