Check out the event trailer below. According to the devs, the Legacy Maps Apex Takeover brings back the Kings Canyon of Season 0 and the World's Edge of Season 3, "taking over the normal Trios and Duos queues in 1 hour rotations." The Genesis Collection event also brings with it a Skull Town Arenas map — "Circle the towers as Valkyrie & Pathfinder or trap up the bottom floors as Caustic & Wattson" — and a rewards track boasting new cosmetics and the legendary Charge Rifle and EVA-8 weapon skins. The event also features limited-time cosmetics, with the Revenant Heirloom set unlocking for those who collect all 24."We’ve all learned a little bit about the meaning of Legacy this season, and now we’re ready to take it all the way back to the beginning with the Genesis Collection Event," the devs add. "Play on OG Battle Royale maps, become the king of Skull Town in Arenas, and unlock new looks and rewards in our latest Collection Event."
