A remaster of the Xbox 360 classic Alan Wake could launch next month for Xbox consoles, according to a recently found store listing.

Twitter user Wario64 found three store listings for Alan Wake Remastered on Rakuten Taiwan (which have now been removed), complete with an October 5th launch date. According to the listings, the remaster is coming to Xbox consoles as well as PS4 and PS5.

Replying to Wario 64's tweet, Niko Partners senior analyst Daniel Ahmad tweeted to say Alan Wake Remastered will be announced this week. It's possible that the remaster will be revealed during Sony's next PlayStation Showcase on September 9th, which will offer fans "a look into the future of PS5."

In recent months, rumours have been swirling about an Alan Wake remaster and a possible sequel to the psychological thriller. In June, Alan Wake Remastered was discovered over on the Epic Games Store, suggesting a PC release, and it's also been heavily rumoured for some time now that Alan Wake 2 has moved into full production.
