Marvel's Avengers was a surprise addition to Xbox Game Pass last week, and is clearly doing well there. Xbox Game Pass additions tend to enjoy an initial boost on our Xbox Gameplay Chart before falling back down the top 40, so it'll be interesting to see where Marvel's Avengers places in the weeks to come. The Xbox One version of FIFA 22 is slowly climbing towards that top ten, having risen one space to 13th this week, while the Xbox One version of FIFA 21 has dropped two places to 14th. The Xbox Series X|S edition of FIFA 22 has likewise fared well, jumping up four places to 16th. Hades, meanwhile, has made a massive leap from 32nd to 19th, most likely thanks to its inclusion in the new weekly Xbox Game Pass Quests.

Dead by Daylight has dropped three places to 20th — but this will likely change when its new Hour of the Witch chapter arrives later this month. Scarlet Nexus, another surprise Xbox Game Pass addition, makes its first appearance at 21st, while Sea of Thieves has dropped three places to 22nd. Just below, Psychonauts 2 is back in the top 40 at 27th following its inclusion in those weekly Xbox Game Pass Quests. Assassin's Creed Valhalla still sits at 31st, but it's possible we'll see the game rise back up when its next free limited-time event arrives later this year. Terraria is back in the top 40, coming in to rest at 37th after the Journey's End update arrived and added three new achievements. Rounding out the top 40 is Aragami 2, which has suffered a huge drop, falling 24 places to 40th. This week's disappearances, meanwhile, are the Xbox Series X|S edition of FIFA 21, EA Sports UFC 4, Fallout 76, and Superliminal.

Looking ahead, we have the likes of Alan Wake Remastered, Far Cry 6, and Back 4 Blood to look forward to, along with any other Xbox Game Pass additions Microsoft decides to add. What do you think? How long will Marvel's Avengers be in the top ten? Will Far Cry 6 make it into the top 20? Let us know what you think in the comments!
