The rumour comes from a pretty reliable leaker who has correctly reported the last three PS Plus lineups. The leak is from Dealabs user billbil-kun (thanks, VGC), who has been incredibly reliable in leaking Sony's PS Plus lineups in recent months. They correctly leaked the PS Plus games for September, October, and November.
