Watch Dogs: Legion will not receive any more updates as post-launch support ends

By Sean Carey,
After less than a year and a half of support, Ubisoft has announced it's pulling the plug on Watch Dogs: Legion and that Title Update 5.6 was the game's last update.

Watch Dogs: Legion

As per a post over on Ubisoft's website, the Watch Dogs team revealed that Watch Dogs: Legion received its final update with Title Update 5.6, which rolled out to players in September 2021. While support for the game has now officially ended, Ubisoft says Legion's online reward tracks will contain both new and returning rewards for players to unlock. After Season 5 Stripes finishes, Seasons 3-5 will continuously cycle and return to the game, giving players another chance to unlock rewards they may have missed. Ubisoft didn't say how long the game's servers will remain online.

"The game has grown by leaps and bounds, with a ton of content to explore, from a sprawling near future city to an action-packed Online Mode," the post reads, "We couldn't be prouder of the game we've created, and we appreciate all of you who've joined us on this journey in London over the year. We look forward to seeing more of your adventures in Legion!"

Are you sad to see support end for Watch Dogs: Legion? What did you make of the game? Give us your thoughts down in the comments.
