Microsoft has now confirmed which games will be leaving the Xbox Game Pass library in March. Nier: Automata, The Surge 2, Torchlight III, and Phogs! will all drop out of Xbox Game Pass on March 15th.
If you're looking to unlock all the Nier: Automata achievements, you're going to need to set aside around 50 hours to complete the action-RPG, though this estimate can supposedly vary quite wildly depending on how you play, and it might take you a fair bit longer or a fair bit shorter than that. To help you on your journey, psybOltOn has written an excellent Nier: Automata walkthrough.
The PC version, NieR: Automata (Windows), which has its own achievement list, will also drop out of PC Game Pass on the same day.
NieR:Automata™ BECOME AS GODS Edition

Highly-acclaimed and award winning NieR:Automata™ is a fresh take on the action role-playing game (RPG) genre that gracefully blends mesmerizing action with a captivating story.
The Surge 2
According to estimates, it will take you between 35 and 40 hours to unlock all 47 base The Surge 2 achievements. The list is peppered with numerous missable achievements, so just make sure you're aware of those if you're going after the completion.
The Surge 2 also has a PC version with a separate achievement list that will also drop out of PC Game Pass on March 15th.
The Surge 2

If you're not already working your way through the Torchlight III achievements, you'd better get a move on as estimates suggest it will take you well over 200 hours to complete the dungeon-crawling RPG's base achievement list. There are some achievements with monster TA ratios up for grabs here, including Monster Hunter and Millionaire, which are going to take some serious grinding to unlock.
In Torchlight III, Novastraia is again under threat of invasion and it’s up to you to defend against the Netherim and its allies. Gather your wits and brave the frontier to find fame, glory, and a new adventure!
Phog me! Phogs! is also leaving Xbox Game Pass on March 15th, but luckily, it only takes around 15 hours to unlock all the Phogs! achievements. We don't have a walkthrough for this one, but there are numerous achievement guides available, should you need them.
