Capcom recently announced that Resident Evil 2, 3, and 7 would all be making their way to current-gen consoles later this year, and now, the publisher has confirmed that your Xbox One save files will carry across to the Series X|S versions of the games. https://www.trueachievements.com/customimages/100328.jpg "We're happy to confirm that save data from the original PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of these games will carry over to their respective upgraded versions," Capcom wrote on Twitter. "DLC that comes with Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition will transfer over, as well!" If you already own Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard on Xbox One, you will receive the Xbox Series X|S upgrade for free when it rolls out later this year. Not too much has been said about the new-gen versions of these games, though we can expect higher frame rates and ray tracing.
