Soundfall brings the noise today, along with some brutal achievements

By Luke Albigés,

Noodlecake has just announced that musical action-RPG Soundfall is surprise releasing on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One today, and we've just pulled in the achievements. It's a solid list, but a couple go a little too hard...

Drastic Games' debut is a dungeon-crawler where you have to fight to the beat across themed short levels based on over 140 songs. The Soundfall achievements will mostly reward you for showing off your beat-matching prowess as you take the fight to the forces of Discord, although a couple stand out as particularly egregious — one asks for 100,000 kills (and looks to be a riff on Gears' absurd achievements, since it's called Serioso), another wants you to beat every track on the hardest difficulty level, while Multiplatinum takes that to the next level by demanding perfection on every level, on the toughest setting. That's gonna be rough, folks, but you can check out our first impressions of Soundfall to see whether it might be worth the effort.

There are 45 achievements worth a total of 1,000 Gamerscore, four of which are secret (to reveal the details of the secret achievements, please use this link).
