As previously covered
is Rebellion's upcoming third-person action title set in a modern day fantasy horror-influenced world, where supernatural battles between humans and extraordinary creatures span a vast cityscape. The game follows Bryce Boltzman, immortal demon hunter, who has been recruited by the National Counter Demon Agency (NCDA) to fight a new demonic threat.
Konami have stated:
As the player is attacked by the various miscreants, Bryce can be torn limb from limb, but can simply reattach the parts to his body. Even in the case Bryce loses his limbs, Bryce can roll around as a head, looking to reattach his limbs. He can even use his amputated body parts as weapons, throwing arms into clusters of monsters, and still firing the attached gun, or lobbing his head into seemingly impossible areas, to gain access to new parts of the map.
Konami have been kind enough to release a new set of screenshots for your viewing pleasure.
And as an extra bonus Komani have also announced that NeverDead
will feature an original track from thrash metal legends, Megadeth. Megadeth's own Dave Mustaine introduces the title song of the game in this new featurette from Gamescom.
