Dark Souls Trailer Released

Right, right. Namco-Bandai's upcoming title, Dark Souls is going to be hard. Really, really hard. After all, when your official site is preparetodie.com, you're obviously trying to send a pretty clear message.

We've also come to learn, however, that Dark Souls looks pretty impressive, as evidenced in last week's Bartholomew and Combat trailers. Clearly, the game's difficulty won't be its only selling point.

What of the game's story, though?

Well, we don't know too much, but it seems Namco-Bandai is ready to shed some light on that, as they've just released the first prologue trailer for the title.

Dark Souls will be released on October 4th in North America, October 6th in Australia, and October 7th in Europe. For those of you who've already pre-ordered the game, remember that you'll be upgraded to the Collector's Edition at no extra charge.
