Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can now claim and download January's second free Xbox game with Games with Gold.

Autonauts, the second game included with January's Games with Gold lineup, can now be claimed up until February 15th for those with either an Xbox Live Gold or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Autonauts (January 16th to February 15th)

Autonauts

Autonauts

In Autonauts you must gather, build, create, and automate.
Start by establishing a settlement, crafting bots and teaching them via Scratch-style programming to build an ever evolving autonomous paradise of agriculture, industry and enlightenment.

Autonauts is a simulation game where automation is key. After landing on a new planet, you must begin building a new settlement by creating rudimentary crafting items and workerbots to aid your construction efforts. You will teach and shape the artificial intelligence of these bots to build and shape a new civilisation. Autonauts appears to have gone down well with the TA crowd and currently sits with a 3.93/5 TA community rating. Unfortunately, we don't have enough data to give you a completion estimate, but looking at the times of those who have already completed the game, it looks like it could take around 100 hours to unlock all achievements.

Iris Fall, January's other free game with Games with Gold, is also still up for grabs up until January 31st, so don't forget to claim that one if you haven't done so already. And if neither of these games pique your interest, be sure to check out our list of the best free Xbox games to see if there's anything else you might be up for playing.

Will you be checking out Autonauts? Let us know!
