EA Secures Euroleague Basketball License

EA Sports has announced that it has secured a licensing deal with Euroleague Basketball. Euroleague Basketball is a competitive, professional basketball league which includes 60 teams from as many as 25 countries. Each year, the League manages Europe's two premier competitions: the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and the Eurocup.

As part of the licensing agreement that has been struck with EA Sports, the four teams who made it into last years Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four will be featured in the upcoming XBLA title, NBA JAM: On Fire Edition. Two players from each team will be included in NBA JAM, and EA has provided the full list of those athletes.
