Playground Games has now lifted the bonnet on Forza Horizon 5's second expansion. Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure is a new rally-themed expansion which is set to release in March. Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure launches on March 29th and will take players to new area called Sierra Nueva and features a new career mode, ten new cars, and more. It's yet to be confirmed, but we can likely expect some new Forza Horizon 5 achievements with the expansion. Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure expansion revealed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajFf2RaiZu4 "Your Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure is here," Playground Games says. "Drive purpose-built rally monsters and conquer the rugged Sierra Nueva. Join three rally teams and attack Horizon’s most thrilling routes ever in Horizon Rally and Horizon Races. Feel the intensity of massive dust trails and deformable sand roads in ten new cars and experience the bursting flames of anti-lag. Explore dramatic craters, an abandoned quarry and an entirely smashable palm forest." Playground Games is keeping the new map for Rally Adventure, which is located north of Forza Horizon 5's map, mostly under wraps and will reveal more on Sierra Nueva soon. However, we did get a sneak peek at some of what's to come. Of course, there's a new Festival Outpost called the Horizon Badlands Festival Outpost, a fully smashable palm forest that will allow players to cause mayhem and destruction, a new town based on a real mining settlement, a quarry to explore, and another town hidden tucked away in a desert crater. Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure brings a new career mode to the game, which will allow you to unlock new cars, clothing items, and more. You will join one of three rally teams and complete various rally stages and multi-car Horizon races that will take you across dirt and asphalt. Each team features unique challenges and their own rewards to unlock. To really lean into that authentic rally experience, for rally stages, you won't have a driving line. Instead, you'll have to listen out for co-driver callouts and pay attention to the new Horizon Rally HUD, which displays a mini leaderboard, pace notes, and position changes. Races in Sierra Nueva have been designed to be played in the new Rally Mode, but Playground will not restrict how you want to play. All races in Rally Adventure can be played in Horizon Race mode, and you can also use any vehicle in any class setup that you wish. Rally Adventure will also feature some new music. Epitaph Records from Forza Horizon 3 will return, bringing with it 15 new tracks, including music from bands such as Bad Religion, Architects, Pennywise, Alkaline Trio, and The Offspring. These new tracks will be coming to the base game too, so all players can enjoy them. Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure launches on March 29th, and is included in the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle, Premium Edition, and Expansions Bundle. It can also be purchased on its own for $19.99. Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition What do you make of the new expansion? Let us know down in the comments!
