Later in the update, after discussing tanks and the support and damage roles, Keller confirms that "With the current state of the game, we’re not looking at doing balance changes until our midseason patch." While discussing the matchmaker, meanwhile, Keller notes that queue times in Ranked have dropped, while "average match quality has also risen across the board," along with other positive changes. On the other hand, queue times in Unranked have apparently "risen," while in Ranked there seems to be a big difference in skill levels between players.
