Activision have announced that they will be bringing Big League Sports
to Kinect, a game which will comprise of football, soccer, baseball, hockey, basketball and golf.
According to the press release, each sport will feature unique challenges to complete (18 in total) and will throw players into a world of controls that are easy to understand and master. Competition will be monitored via "stats tracking", and "a real-time leaderboard and multiple multiplayer modes means there is no shortage of ways to show off abilities".
David Oxford, from Activision's Publishing Department, had this to say about the upcoming title:
We wanted to create the perfect active sports videogame for families and friends to play together and now Kinect for Xbox 360 has given us that ability. Anyone can learn to play – young and old players alike will be on their feet and basking in glory of victory or the agony of defeat with Big League Sports.Big League Sports
will be arriving sometime this autumn.
