Forza 4 Opening Cinematic and Gameplay Trailers

Turn 10 has released a plethora of trailers for the next addition in the Forza franchise, Forza Motorsport 4, as the title's retail release comes ever closer.

It would make sense to start with the live-action opening cinematic trailer, showing a multitude of the expensive motors which are set to feature in the upcoming instalment.

That's enough live-action for one day, as I know you'll be more keen to see some gameplay action. There's certainly plenty to cast your eyes over.

If you're a lover of older cars, take a look at this footage of a classic Chevrolet Corvette convertible:

Staying with the relatively compact car theme, check out this Mazda Miata:

Next up, grab some Trans Am fun, as the Suzuka Circuit in Japan and Maple Valley Raceway are among the tracks which are showcased in this third gameplay trailer:

Now for something a little different... want to do more than just lap, after lap, after lap? How about some bowling? Seriously... you can use a car to knock down pins on the Top Gear test track, as an alternative XP-gaining activity.

We have previously reported on the details of the title's Limited Edition, as well as the pre-order incentives program and US pre-order deals which are available. More recently, we've provided a title round-up and advanced notice of the game demo. Furthermore, there will be a Season Pass and DLC from release day.

Forza Motorsport 4 will race on to retail shelves on October 11th, 2011 in North America, October 14th in Europe, and October 20th in other territories.
