Everybody loves a bit of drama, right? Well, two DLC add-ons were released for Two Worlds II last Tuesday. Neither carried achievements, despite the cheapest add-on being priced at 1200 MSP. Most fans of the game on this site were understandably upset about a significant add-on not rewarding players with more gamerscore. On Wednesday, the DLC was removed from the Marketplace without any warning from Microsoft, leading people to believe that the DLC was released accidentally. After all, the add-on wasn't scheduled to be released until October.
The saga continues as both pieces of DLC have now been re-released onto the Marketplace, and this time they come with achievements. First up we have "Two Worlds II: Multiplayer Map Pack 1". This DLC carries one achievement worth 35G, even though the achievement is currently included in the list for the single-player expansion pack.
For those seeking new thrilling multiplayer adventures with friends in the "Two Worlds" universe, look no further - team up in the new Multiplayer Map Pack! It includes hours and hours of co-op and vs experiences: 7 Duel maps, 4 Adventure maps, 3 Deathmatch maps and 3 Crystal Hunt maps. Besides, what are friends for?
The DLC costs 1200 MSP and can be downloaded from here.
The second piece of DLC is a single player expansion pack. The "Two Worlds II: Pirates of the Flying Fortress" DLC carries nine achievements worth a total of 215G.
The lands of Two Worlds II: Pirates of the Flying Fortress are teeming with betrayal and trickery as adventurers take to the high seas. Venture forth on an all-new quest to explore a vaguely familiar, yet vastly different and forgotten corner of the world. While abundant in exotic new creatures, enemies, and settings, it is trust that has become the rarest of elements in the world of Antaloor…
This DLC costs 2400 MSP and can be downloaded from here.
