Ever wanted to take a self-defence course but couldn't find the time to make your way to the gym? Ubisoft is releasing something just for someone like you then, as they've just announced My Coach Self Defence, which will be coming exclusively to Xbox 360.

By utilizing the Kinect sensor, My Coach Self Defence will help players discover "ways of protecting themselves from various forms of physical assault". It will also combine workouts and self defence drills so that player can increase their technique, stamina, composure and reflexes.

If you can't quite envision what this all might look like, Ubisoft has sent a video along to show off the game.

My Coach Self Defence will be available in the UK in November 11th, 2011. There's been no word as to whether the title will be released in other regions.
