A World of Keflings DLC Beams In From Outer Space

Even when A World of Keflings launched back in December 2010, NinjaBee were promising their fans that DLC would created for the second game in the successful Keflings series. To show how eagerly fans were waiting for this DLC, many fell for the developer's April Fools Day joke, where DLC would have added trade unions and strike action to the Kefling world. However, this time it isn't a joke.

The upcoming DLC, titled "It Came From Outer Space", will add an alien-themed kingdom to the world of the Keflings. Players will be able to build an alien city for a full roster of Kefling-sized aliens, in what promises to be hours of additional gameplay and content. Lead designer Mike Nielsen had this to say:

Aliens have crash-landed in the Kefling world and you and the Keflings need to use your mad building skills to get them home. You'll be building giant robots, crazy alien structures, and even robotic Keflings all in the name of repairing their mother ship. There's plenty of new stuff to explore - a new kingdom, new characters, new resources, new buildings... It's pretty substantial.
