BlazBlue: Continuum Shift EXTEND Screenshots

Last month we brought you news that BlazBlue Continuum Shift EXTEND was coming to the 360. Yesterday, Aksys Games, publisher of the hit fighting game series BlazBlue, have now officially announced that BlazBlue Continuum Shift EXTEND will be coming to North America as retail a release.

BlazBlue Continuum Shift EXTEND will feature:
- Enhanced Story Mode: Relive and rediscover the events that took place in BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger or try your hand at one of four all new story scenarios.

- New and Revised Game Modes to Explore: Take on the strongest of foes in Unlimited Mars Mode, dungeoneer your way to the bottom of Abyss Mode, or refine your skills in the improved Challenge Mode.

- Fully Revised Combat System: All characters have been thoroughly rebalanced and armed with all new combos.

- Improved Online Multiplayer: BlazBlue’s acclaimed online mode returns with all new multiplayer features, such as online team battles.

As described on the Askys Games website:
BBEX is the definitive version of the Continuum Shift series, which includes character balance tweaks, new character Relius, story modes for all previous three DLC characters: Platinum, Makoto, Valkenhayn, new modes, and improved online multiplayer!

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend will launch in Japan on December 17th, though no date has been announced for North America as of yet.
