If someone had posed to you the question: "Of all the classic family games out there, which of those would you think would be most likely to end up on the Kinect?", many of you likely would have picked Twister
. After all, the game involved full body control as it was, so porting that to the Kinect sensor seems like a natural idea.
At the end of August, Majesco revealed
that they were doing just that. At the time, Majesco let us know that Twister Mania
would contain 16 styles of play and can support up to eight players at once. Today's screens feature two of those game modes: Shape Frenzy and Twist and Fit modes. In Shape Frenzy, your goal is to match shapes as they approach you. Twist and Fit sounds like it plays like Hole in the Wall
, as you are tasked with fitting into gaps in walls as they come towards you.Twister Mania
will be released on November 1st, 2011.
